IYAR – Counting & Connection
2nd month of the Spiritual Year the Month of IYAR
IYAR the month of Counting & Connection, however IYAR is also the month of Healing.
IYAR is an acronym for “I am Hashem, your Healer.”
Shemos/Exodus 15:26 “If you diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD your God and will do that which is right in His sight and will give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I shall put none of these diseases upon you, which I have brought upon the Egyptians, for I AM the LORD Who heals you.” (everyone needs to memorize this verse)
Last month “Nissan” was a month of “Miracles”, this month of IYAR also carries with it the miraculous. So expect miraculous healing to occur, if we keep close, observe and obey His commandments.
As with the miraculous, Manna from heaven (spiritual food) began to fall in this month of IYAR.
How are you being fed? Is your Spiritual House in order?
In counting this month of IYAR we have the entire month to Count the Omer. We began counting in Nissan – continue in IYAR and complete in Sivan. This shows Counting and Connection as Iyar is the Connector between Nissan and Sivan.
Therefore this month of Healing is Connected to the miracles of Nissan.
How are you connected and to whom are you connected?
Our healing whether natural/physical or spiritual/soul is connected to the Miracle of our Healer, “I AM the LORD who heals you.”
When counting the Omer we spend more time in the mitzvah/command preparing for the event Shavuot/Pentecost than the Feast itself. This tells us counting/preparation for the event is actually the life changing event itself, for when the Feast arrives we are prepared to receive fully what God has for us.
In counting, we prepare to connect to the Feast, Shavuot/Pentecost.
The Hebrew letter “VAV” represents a hook. It is called the letter of TRUTH because it stands perfectly straight, it is unbent and unadorned. Literally the word “VAV” means a ‘connected hook’ and in fact, the connective letter ‘VAV’ joins words when it is used as the conjunction ‘and.’ This function is appropriate for the letter of “Truth”, because “Truth” leads to harmony and unity. (The Beauty of the Hebrew Language, Nathalie Blackham)
VAV the letter of TRUTH.
Looking back to Nissan, the Beginning of the Months of the Year we can begin to see a story unfold.
Nissan – Miracles, the beginning of the Spiritual Year.
IYAR – Counting and Connections, Healing in the Miraculous.
As we move through this Spiritual Year let’s keep counting the miracles, connecting, VAVing (if that is a word) in Truth and Life.

At this writing I am looking out over the Sea of Galilee to the north and east I see the Golan. What a most magnificent sight. You must come see and experience the peace of the Galilee.
As we are all too aware of the violence (hamas in Hebrew) and hatred in the world. Let us examine more of G-d’s word which He spoke and is written.
Please note, I am not trying take scripture out of context, but open a view of yesterday and today.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was chaos and waste, darkness was on the surface of the deep, and the Ruach Elohim (Spirit of God) was hovering upon the surface of the water. Then God said, “Let there be light!” and there was light. God saw the light was good. So God distinguished the light from the darkness. God called the light “day” and the darkness He called “night”. So there was evening and there was morning-one day.
Here we see the beginning of order, in the first day, He called “one day”.
After the creation of the heavens and the earth we see the earth was chaos and waste, darkness was on the surface of the deep and the Ruach Elohim was hovering upon the surface of the water.
With today’s violence and hatred we can see chaos and waste on the earth, darkness was on the surface of the deep. BUT God was hovering upon the surface of the water.
Then God said “Let there be light!” And there was light. God said the light was good. So God distinguished the light from the darkness. God called the light “day”, and the darkness he called “night”.
My friends with the violence (hamas), hatred, chaos, waste and darkness upon the earth and waters today. It is time that we arise and speak with the Power that which Elohim our God spoke. When He said “Let there be light”.
The power given to us to speak will dispel the darkness.
Evil is darkness, hamas is violence.
It is here in Genesis 1:1-6 that speaking is in order with the power of the tongue.
Begin now and speak light.
Matthew 5:14. “You are the light of the world”.
You have power to speak to the chaos, waste and darkness (hamas). You are the power, you are the light of the world.
Luke 9:1. Authority
Now when Yeshua called the twelve together, He gave them power and authority over all the demons and to heal diseases.
My friends please take note to heart, “you have been given power and authority to Speak!”
Power from Elohim your God and
Authority from Ben Elohim, the Son of God, Yeshua.
Why is the Ruach Elohim hovering upon the surface of the water?
The water is living and needed by everyone. Without water we all perish. His spirit hovering upon the water is His protection over His word for you! Living Water.
On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Yeshua stood up and cried out loudly, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture says, ‘out of his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.”‘
You are the light and living waters will flow out of you. Speak now life of living waters.
“My people have committed two evils: They have forsaken Me, the spring of living water, and they have dug their own cisterns, cracked cisterns that hold no water”.
What do you think? Perhaps this is where some of the world is today?
Let us all come together in unity today with love in the Name above all names, Yeshua.
2 Peter 3:1-13
Loved ones, this is now the second letter that I am writing you. In both I am trying to stir you up by way of a reminder to wholesome thinking-to remember the words previously proclaimed by the holy prophets and the commandment of our Lord and Savior through your emissaries. First of all, understand that in the last days, scoffers will come scoffing, following after their own desires and saying, “Where is this promise of His coming? Ever since the fathers died, everything goes on just as it has from the beginning of creation.” For in holding to this idea, it escapes their notice that the heavens existed long ago and the earth was formed out of water and through water by the word of God. Through these, the world of that time was destroyed by being flooded with water. But by the same word the present heavens and earth are being reserved for fire–kept until the Day of Judgement and the destruction of ungodly people.
But don’t forget this one thing, loved ones, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like one day. The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise, as some consider slowness. Rather, He is being patient toward you–not wanting anyone to perish, but for all to come to repentance.
But the day of the Lord will come like a thief! On that day the heavens will pass away with a roar, and the elements will melt and disintegrate, and the earth and everything done on it shall be exposed. Since all these things are to be destroyed in this way, what kind of people should you be? Live your lives in holiness and godliness, looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God. In that day the heavens will be dissolved by fire, and the elements will melt in the intense heat. But in keeping with His promise, we look for new heavens and a new earth, where righteousness dwells.
With ending here, Romans 13:8.
Owe no one anything except love one another, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the Torah.
The debt you owe is to love one another. Becoming debt free is fulfilling Torah. The instructions, teachings of Elohim, written by Moses.
Do not think that I came to abolish the Torah or the Prophets! I did not come to abolish but to fulfill.
My friends you are the light of the world and living waters flow out of you.
Blessings of Love

We are here in the Promised Land, in Tiberias over looking the Sea of Galilee. We are very thankful to Yeshua our savior for this great opportunity to complete the spring feasts of Pesach (Passover), Hag HaMatzot (Unleavened Bread),
Sunday June 12th is Shavuot. The Hebrew new day begins at sundown. So Saturday at sundown will begin Shavuot.
Saturday will also be the 49th day of counting the Omer.
This will complete the seven sevens. Seven weeks of seven days equals 49 days, also known as the Feast of Weeks.
When the Israelites left Egypt they traveled sevens sevens. Forty nine days where at Mt. Sinai Adonai spoke all these words saying: Exodus 20:1-26, please read this scripture.
Fast forward to the days of Yeshua. Yeshua was crucified at Passover, before His crucifixion He instructed His disciples to wait for the helper. This is the same time frame of the seven sevens. Then! The helper the Holy Spirit was sent for all people to receive.
We are now completing this same time frame. My friends, as we have prepared this past seven sevens, my prayer is that you are ready to receive something very special to apply to your life from the Holy Spirit.
For it is your time to fulfill the commandment of loving your neighbor.
Romans 13:8 – Owe no one anything except to love one another, for the one who loves another has fulfilled Torah.
Until we meet again;
Baruch Haba BaShem Adonai
Blessed is he who comes in the name of the LORD.

My name is Bob Singleton. I am a proud member of Skyway Church of the West Valley. I would like to thank Pastor Kim Warren for inviting me to speak last night. I would like to thank my good friend Mark Byrd who was the intended speaker on this evening but was committed to a job assignment in Colorado. I also would like to acknowledge and thank Apostle Greg Brown and his wife Pastor Dawn Brown. It is my privilege to speak before you on this special night.
Last night at 7:07 pm (sunset) the presence of the Lord descended upon this sacred assembly. We will experience a twofold blessing from the greatness of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Tonight we remember and celebrate Passover and the Sabbath as they converge to begin the violent flood of momentous change that is coming to the Prescott area. Prepare for a tsunami of glory too be poured out. Lord we mark Prescott and all of Arizona for your Glory!
I do not believe in coincidences, luck or happenstance. Tonight is an appointed time that the Lord Himself designated for this gathering between Him and us for a holy purpose…..His Purpose! He awaits us!! This appointed time, and over the next 24 hours until sunset tomorrow, we honor and celebrate God as He uses the Sabbath and Passover Feast as instruments to reveal His nature, attributes and character. This “appointed time” is powerful because God speaks through it. Because of this we have the opportunity to hear Him, feel Him and have a loving encounter with Him. Did I say love? YES I DID!!! Although a multitude of His character and attributes are revealed during these appointed times, love is the engine that drives it all. Ultimately, this is a love story. This evening is about encountering His presence. He loves us that much!!!!
Let’s begin with the significance of the Sabbath. On this holy day in Israel, they are in the middle of remembering and celebrating the Sabbath. In October, I was blessed with the opportunity to travel to Israel fulfilling a lifelong dream. It was a blessing to be a part of this amazing experience honoring the Nations Sabbath. Hours before sunset, people begin their preparation for the Sabbath meal. Business, shops and transportation begin closing. At sunset you hear the siren indicating the start of the Sabbath. For the next 24 hours the Nation and its people honor this celebration. The fact that all of Israel shuts down in remembrance and celebration for the Sabbath is a memorial unto the Lord!!! It’s like the whole Nation is a Chick Fil-A!
You see the Sabbath, which means to rest in who He is, is a weekly memorial of creation and is set apart as Holy. It proclaims that God is Lord over all, even if you do not believe it. Psalms 19: says “The heavens declare the glory of God and the skies show His handiwork” This proclaims that God created the heavens and earth in His majesty and Glory. I believe this is where we first encounter the Glory of God. It is a day we can remember and honor the fact He created us to be glory carriers!! It says give us a new impartation of your Glory! It cries out “Glory be to God…Glory be to God” Let us rest in the glory of this appointed time. “Exodus 31:16 – It is a covenant sign for a way of life that honors God. We certainly can rest in that…He loves us that much.”
In like manner, the Passover is significant as it again points to the self-revelation of God’s attributes and character. There was only one Passover which occurred 3,328 years ago. All subsequent observances of this holy day have been remembered and celebrated as a memorial unto the Lord. The story of the Passover story is detailed in the Book of Exodus. It was there, at that time a spotless innocent lamb was sacrificed and the blood was applied to each doorpost and lintel (forming the sign of the cross). When this was done in faith and in adherence to Gods command that home was “Passover” and the life of the first born was spared this foreshadows that Jesus became our permanent Passover Lamb with His death on the cross. He is the reason we can crossover! Finally, Pharaoh hears Gods penetrating voice “Let my people Go” He then releases the Israelites…hence the Exodus. The Exodus paints a beautiful picture of the mighty hand of God moving His people from slavery to freedom from bondage to deliverance. God takes them to a new place where they will worship and commune with Him. This is how we will move into our new season….with everything He has for us. He loves us that much!!!
As I close we need to recognize the significance of the convergence of these two holy appointed times. They give us life and are relevant with spiritual, prophetic and practical application in our lives today. They speak to us because God Himself breathed life into them…His life. He wants us to come and have an encounter in His presence. Our God (the Alpha-Omega) is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. Similarly, the Sabbath and Passover look backwards and forward as it continually provides hope and encouragement to lives. The Sabbath looks back at creation and displays all of Gods majesty and glory but looks forward to the age to come where all will live in the complete peace and rest in God. The Passover looks back at Christ’s death on the cross but looks forward to the greatest glory when Jesus returns where He will rule and reign as King on His earthly throne in Jerusalem. Tonight, Lets Passover, but do not Passover without the fullness of God. Do not walk ahead of Him, do not walk behind Him, but walk with Him in power and glory. He says “I have paved the way.” May God bless you all on your journey as you Passover in the power and love of God.
Full moon. Additionally, I have a bonus blessing for you. Not only do we celebrate the Sabbath and Passover we have a full moon tonight. There is always a full moon on Passover. The moon is full in all of its glory. It is a symbol on Passover that marks the birth, beauty and splendor of our journey. It marks the beginning of your journey towards the complete fulfillment of your mission in this world.
We have entered into the beginning of the months. Exodus 12:2 “This month (Nissan) will be the beginning of months for you: it will be the first month of the year for you.”
How do we know when a new month begins? Genesis 1:14 “G-d said “Lights, be in the firmament of the heavens, to divide the day from the night! Be for signs and appointed times and for days and years.”
The new moon is a sign for the beginning of a new month. Rosh Chodesh means new month.
Back to Exodus 12:2, when G-d changed the months to begin with Nissan (the beginning of the months) the first month, a most amazing change in history occurred. This represents the beginning of Pesach/Passover and the Exodus. Here we will be instructed to NEVER forget that which will be forever inscribed into our hearts. The story of Exodus is the book in which Israel goes from darkness to light. This is the same for us today. Passover may look like this to us. As we prepare today, we must begin a house cleaning (and ourselves) by removing all the leaven in and around us. Expecting Pesach/Passover to release us from bondage and launch us into freedom.
The first Passover occurred 3,328 years ago and is still the first Feast of the LORD. Although the Israelites may not have known what freedom from slavery looked like, they none the less took the first step of obedience. May we also step into obedience of the LORD this Passover expecting a new experience of freedom. But this is just the beginning.
After the Passover we will have, Unleavened Bread, followed by First Fruits and Shavuot. Here we will experience seven, sevens or 49 days in which we have the opportunity to count the Omer. In counting the Omer I have experienced great growth in myself as I have moved from darkness to light. Every year there is more peeling away of selfishness of myself.
This is a great time to grow into the person Adonai has created you to be. Leaving the past behind and moving into another realm of His future. Have a Hebraic mindset, always moving closer to the Divine Creator of the heavens and earth. Learn to have faith in what G-d says and go trusting that He will lead you. You only have to leave Egypt behind.
My friends this is the first Feast of the LORD. It is His appointed time. This means you have been invited to attend His Feast. Please you do not want to miss this Appointment.
May Elohim continue to bless you as we all desire to become closer to our Creator.
Blessings of Love

Peace – Know Peace
Tonight is the 15th of Cheshvan. Which means it is a full moon. You should see this sight, with the lights of Jerusalem under her. Peaceful and beautiful.
Looking back at the final blood moon on 15 Tishrei – 28 September life here in Israel is very different. There have been numerous terrorist attacks. With loss of life and injury to others. These cowardly acts are difficult for many people to comprehend. I personally do not understand them. This causes many people to be filled with fear.
I would like for everyone to know that “Cindy & I” feel very safe here. We have had friends from the states here visiting and we traveled all over the country of Israel. We drove ourselves, took bus rides and light rail train throughout Jerusalem and the Old City. We did this with caution, discernment and the Lord’s protection.
As 2nd Timothy 1:7 tells us “For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
As spirit filled believers in Yeshua, this means that we are filled with the spirit of “power, love and a sound mind.” As we traveled we used discernment and walked with power filled by the Holy Spirit, a sound mind as we moved with the Comforter and spread His love through our actions.
In these difficult times we live in I pray for everyone to keep focused on our Savior and His return. We are the light of the world and those who are filled with the spirit of fear need our help. Let us be there for them so they may Know Peace.
As you look up to see the brilliance of the moon, know that God is still in control of everything. And your name is written in His book. Be of great courage.
Please pray for the Peace of Jerusalem and the blessings of Israel to continue. Pray that God’s mighty hand and His word may be spread throughout the world.

20 Tishrei 5776 – 3 October 2015
We are now completing the Feast of Tabernacles/ Succot. This has been a most exciting time in our lives. Let me begin in a chronological order from our arrival here in the Holy Land.
Upon our arrival on 19th of September, three days later began with Erev Yom Kippur. This was the beginning of “Silence” here in the land. What I mean by silence is something I have never experienced before. The area we are in is the outskirts of Jerusalem. So for as far as I could hear there was not any human noise. No cars on the streets, no buses driving by. Not any airplanes flying over. Work has ceased for this most Holy time. What I did hear was the laughter of children playing! The most awesome sound I have ever experienced. Laughter of “only” children.
This is a experience you must know in your life here in G-d’s promised land.
Yom Kippur was followed two days later by Shabbat. Which is the day The Lord rested. We also observe this day of rest. Another awesome experience.
Now comes Sunday, 14 Tishrei. Erev Sukkot. Feast of Tabernacles. Seven days of joy & celebration. Monday 7/15/5776 was also another day of rest, “you shall do no servile work”. This is really most thrilling to see this nation Israel celebrate all of His appointed times.
As I write this newsletter it is Shabbat 20 Tishrei 5776 – October 3 2015. In the span of twelve days we have celebrated Yom Kippur, Sukkot, two Sabbaths. How amazing.
I would like add my understanding of the final blood moon of this tetrad.
Yes it was a clear sign from El Elyon (God Most High). I am amazed that almost half of the world saw this sign. Many of you who read this were in North America. We are in Jerusalem. Yet at different time zones apart, we all saw the same moon. I believe this is a sign for us to see “how” all of the world will be able to see the return of the Son of Man. Please read Matthew 24:3-14, The Signs of the Times and the End of the Age, 24:15-28, The Great Tribulation, 24:29-31, The Coming of The Son of Man.
What does this mean?
“I Am” the same yesterday, today and forever!
“I Am” made the Heavens and the Earth!
“I Am” the God of Order!
“I Am” the God of Covenant!
“I Am” still in control.
From the Land of Milk and Honey

24 Elul, 5775 – 9 September 2015
We are preparing to move into the Hebrew New Year of 5776. This will begin Sunday evening Sept. 13 at sundown. Sundown is the beginning of the new Hebrew day as it is written in scripture. Genesis 1:5 – God called the light “day,” and the darkness He called “night.” So there was evening and there was morning-one day.
So we begin the celebration of Yom Teruah, Feast of Trumpets, Rosh HaShanah. This is the beginning of the new month of Tishrei, the seventh month of the year. Does this sound a little confusing? How can the seventh month be the beginning of the new year?
Rabbi Azriel Schreiber writes:
The year begins on different dates for different purposes: in Nissan, for dating a king’s reign; in Elul, for giving tithes from cattle; in Tishrei, for numbering the years and for giving tithes from crops; in Shevat, for giving tithes from the fruit trees (Mishnah Rosh Ha-Shanah 1:1). We number the months of the year from Nissan, but the number the year itself changes in Tishrei. The fact that Nissan is the first month is explicit in the written Torah (Ex. 12:2), and the fact that the years are counted from Tishrei is in the oral Torah (an undisputed statement in the Mishnah).
Day of Memorial – this is called New Year because it is referred to as the end of the year, Ex. 23:16; 34:22 also 2 Sam. 11:1, 1 Kings 20:22,26, 1 Chr. 20:1. (A)
Leviticus 23:24. Speak to the children of Israel saying, In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you will have a Shabbath, a memorial announced with a blowing of horns, a holy convocation.
Tishrei also welcomes in a new celestial sign in the heavens. Libra, which in Latin means weighing. The Hebrew name is Mozanaim, “the Scales, weighing. (B)
Let’s go back and look at scripture: Genesis 1:14, then God said, “Let lights in the expanse of the sky be for separating the day from the night. They will be for signs and for seasons and for days and years”.
Psalms 19:2-7, The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky shows His handiwork. Day unto day they speak, night to night they reveal knowledge. There is no speech, no words, where their voice goes unheard. Their voice has gone out to all the earth and their words to the end of the world. In the heavens He pitched a tent for the sun. It is like a bridegroom coming out his bridal chamber. It is like a strong man rejoicing to run his course. It rises at one end of the heavens and makes it circuit to the other end. Nothing is hidden from its heat.
The Word of God is on a circuit and circles the earth. Things are completing and things are beginning. (C)
Isaiah 47:12-15 makes it very clear about astrology. We do not worship the sun, the moon, or the stars. We worship the Creator of the heavens and the earth.
The signs in the heavens are for us to keep in His time and to interpret.
1 Chronicles 12:33, and the children of Issachar, who were men who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do;
I believe it is time for us (Church) to begin to seek as the sons of Issachar did , to understand the times and seasons.
The month of Tishrei is the month of Redemption.
My purpose in this letter is not to go into great detail about the coming new year. But to help us move through it.
I believe as we have looked back on the past year, we have repented of things we should not have done and of things we should have done when told so by The Lord, but we did not do them. Please my friends do not get caught up in the media of fear. We must keep our eyes focused of the return of The Lord. How can we better equip ourselves to help others in this time of uncertainty.
As we look at the month of Tishrei and the heavenly sign of Libra we see the Scales, Weights and Measures. We should focus on being “balanced”. This means being grounded in His Word. Balanced not only today but throughout this next year will help you travel this journey. Season after season will continue on. Will you be ready “in season & out of season”? Balance will be like walking on a broad open road, when sometimes it may look like a tight rope. But do not fear, keep the scales of life equally balanced. For God will never leave you nor forsake you.
Having a Hebraic mindset is like always spiraling up to the Divine Creator of the Heavens and the Earth. Learn to have faith in what God says and go trusting that He will lead you. Keep balanced. You only have to leave Egypt behind.
